We are able to switch out video overlay graphics remotely at any time to fit any event or venue buy-out you may have. In fact, most of our clients like to include our units in their event deck and charge for rebranding the booth to their brand for their event. You can also promote the event via the email that is received when the client sends themselves a video from the unit to promote upcoming events, promotions, and more. Another great way is to use the emails collected to reach out to customers that enjoyed similar events at your venue before. For example, if your club had a DJ such as Tiesto play last week, and this week you have Martin Garrix playing, you could retarget customers from the Tiesto show using the collected data and get them to come in for Martin Garrix. Our products are extremely versatile and our staff is immensely knowledgeable when it comes to efficient use of space. Our units can be installed on the wall, mounted on a stand, hung from a ceiling, and pretty much everything in between. We have even made a unit fit inside of a cooking pan before so we have seen it all!
I already collect emails from our POS/RES system, why do I need this?
Collecting emails is a pain for most venue owners. You might collect 3 to 15 emails in a given day with a normal Point Of Sale system, and you might need to offer some type of incentive to even get them to input their information. Additionally, once you get the data, you will find that a solid portion of that data is wrong, faked, or insufficient. Our venues collect an average of 40 to 100 unique and verified emails per day. You will not have to offer an incentive if you do not want to, and it is fully automated. We can even feed the data right to your mailchimp account, which will make the process even easier.
